ESGR a branch of the Department of Defense in the USA, promotes and facilitates a cooperative culture for supporting the members of the US National Guard and Reserve Service by developing and advocating mutually beneficial initiatives, recognizing outstanding support, increasing awareness of applicable laws and policies, resolving potential conflicts between employers and their service members, and acting as the employers’ principal advocate.

Paramount to ESGR mission is encouraging the employment of members of Guardsmen and Reservists to bring integrity, global perspective and proven leadership to the civilian workforce.

Tecnocap LLC, was selected for the “Pro-Patria Award of West Virginia Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve”. The Pro Patria Award is the highest level that may be bestowed by a state ESGR. It recognizes employers’ organizations and companies that provide extraordinary support to their employees who also serve in the Guard and Reserve.

In accepting the award on behalf of the company, Paolo Ghigo, Tecnocap LLC CEO, said, “We encourage everyone to find ways to give back. All those who serve in the Guard and Reserve give back in such an enormous and important way; they give back to this country and protect our freedom. It’s not only important for us to help these employees, but it’s aslo an honor.”
