WHISTLEBLOWING PROCEDURE

As part of its procedures for identifying and preventing corruption, and as part of its monitoring plan aimed at preventing risks related to human rights, fundamental freedoms, health and safety of individuals, and the environment, and more generally, to ensure the proper application of its Code of Ethics, Tecnocap has introduced several procedures that allow for the receipt and management of all internal whistleblowing reports under conditions of absolute confidentiality.
Tecnocap SpA - Cava de' Tirreni
Forwarding method of reports
The internal report can be submitted by the whistleblower to the Supervisory Body (SB) of Tecnocap S.p.A., Attorney Daniela Rocchi (sole recipient of the reports), with the associated protections for the whistleblower, according to the procedures outlined in this Procedure.
The report can be submitted using the following methods:
- Paper submission: The report should be enclosed in two sealed envelopes, with the first containing the whistleblower’s identifying information along with a copy of their ID, and the second containing the details of the report. Both envelopes should then be placed in a third sealed envelope labeled “confidential/personal for the Supervisory Body” and sent via postal service to Attorney Daniela Rocchi, via Tevere, no. 46 – 00198, Rome.
- Submission via email: The report can be sent to the email address of the Supervisory Body, Attorney Daniela Rocchi, at d.rocchi@rpcpenalisti.it.
For reporting purposes, the form specifically designed for reporting unlawful conduct, in accordance with Legislative Decree of March 10, 2023, no. 24, which is available on Tecnocap’s institutional website in the dedicated Whistleblowing Section, can be used. Reports received through these methods are logged and recorded in a special confidential register (of reports) by the Report Manager.
