The Christmas party at our Czech branch is an annual tradition and a popular event among employees. This year’s celebration took on a more festive tone in honour of the 20th anniversary of Tecnocap’s plant in the Czech Republic. Instead of the usual premises of the company canteen the event was held in the more representative space of the Cultural Hall in Strmilov, providing a dignified venue for the entire evening program.

In the festively decorated hall, we welcomed both current and former employees. The evening included an opening presentation highlighting key investments and steady growth made in the company over the past 20 years. With a team of more than 350 people, our plant is much more than a workplace, it’s a community built on commitment and real connections.

A special part of the evening was the recognition of work anniversaries and farewells to retiring colleagues.

The atmosphere was enriched by live music, catering, and accompanying activities such as a photo booth and the always-popular Bingo game. The evening provided a relaxed opportunity for colleagues to meet informally and to bring the working year to a pleasant close.
