Tecnocap SpA, together with nine other Italian Elite companies, has joined the Elite Basket Bond, a simultaneous issue of ten-year bonds for a total amount of  122 million euros. This is the first financial transaction system, carried out through a “basket” solution by ELITE, the international platform of Italian Stock Exchange.

Elite Basket Bond aimed at supporting the growth of a selected and diversified group of qualified Italian companies. It is structured by Finint Bank through its subsidiary FISG in partnership with the EIB, the European Investment Bank, and the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), was structured by Banca Finint, through its subsidiary FISG.
