We are proud to announce the acquisition of Tubettificio Europeo, a company located in Lecco, Northen Italy. The new company name is Tecnocap TL.

This acquisition, finalized on February 16, consolidates Tecnocap group position in the metal packaging industry, projecting  a total turnover of 200 million Euros.

Tubettificio Europeo was founded in 1946. In over 70 years of activity, it has been in a leading position in the production of aluminum aerosols and tubes in Europe thanks to its high-quality standards and the continuous development of new products. Amongst its clients, Tubettificio Europeo counted the best and most qualified European companies in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries, such as Procter & Gamble, Friesland Campina and many more.
Tubettificio Europeo represents an excellence with a high growth potential to compete in the global market successfully. Tecnocap industrial plan is to gradually reactivate 3 production lines in 2017 and 5 additional ones by 2020.
