“Promoting Food Safety and Quality: The competition that cultivates a Culture”

Tecnocap Group remains committed to implementing an efficient and adequate training for all its employees in terms of food safety, which is essential to safeguard its consumers.

In this respect, the Food Safety and Quality Culture Competition was recently held at Tecnocap TOPL in Murbad. The competition, held between April 4th and 10th, 2024, aimed at the promotion of the awareness and commitment to adhering to stringent food safety and quality standards, including ISO 22000-2018, ISO/TS 22002-4: 2013, and the additional requirements of FSSC22000 version 6.0.

On this occasion, Tecnocap’s employees participated in the creation of quiz games in English and in Marathi, the invention of new slogans, and the drawing of posters. Spearheaded by R. Shetty (DGM-Production & FSTL) and B. Sahoo (Doc. Controller), with support from Production Engineer Pavan Pawar, the event saw active participation from the majority of the company’s workforce.

The meticulous adjudication of entries was conducted by a panel comprising M/S B. Sahoo, Ramanuj, R. Shetty, and S. Koppisetty. The culmination of the event transpired during the Prize Distribution Ceremony on May 8th, 2024, graced by the presence of the CEO, Mr. Nihal Advani.

This initiative not only underscores the organization’s commitment to staying abreast of the latest FSSC Version 6.0 requirements but also highlights its dedication to fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes food safety and quality.

The event served as a testament to the collective efforts towards ensuring excellence in food safety practices within the company.
