Tecnocap Group awarded the Human Capital Award at BMFL 2025

In today’s global landscape, competitiveness is no longer defined solely by technology, scale or market share. It is increasingly shaped by the quality of people and the systems that enable them to grow.

Tecnocap Group is an international industrial player specialising in integrated packaging, machinery and complete packaging lines. Operating in over 100 countries, the Group runs 12 manufacturing plants across Europe, North and South America, India, Egypt and Saudi Arabia, supported by a global commercial and distribution network. Its sustainability strategy combines circular economy principles, eco-design, decarbonisation and social responsibility, with people positioned at the core of long-term value creation.

Between 2024 and 2026, Tecnocap transformed continuous learning into a strategic and measurable engine of organisational evolution, fully aligned with GRI standards and subject to independent assurance. At the centre of this approach is the TecnocapAcademy Hub, a proprietary digital platform integrating:

  • e-learning and on-the-job training
  • advanced technical programmes
  • proprietary audiovisual content
  • multilingual modules
  • peer-to-peer learning

The Academy ensures consistent access to high-quality knowledge across all plants worldwide, reinforcing shared standards and scalable excellence. In 2025, the training portfolio expanded significantly, with new content dedicated to manufacturing processes, safety, operational procedures and digital tools. Through its partnership with Federmeccanica, Tecnocap integrated Federmeccanica’s MetApprendo courses, strengthening capabilities in:

  • digitalisation
  • automation
  • industrial best practices
  • emerging technologies

The 2025/26 Training Plan engaged all corporate functions, covering topics ranging from cybersecurity and psychological safety to technical drawing, circular economy principles and ESG integration. Between 2025 and 2026, Tecnocap benefited from Fondimpresa System Notice 5/2024, delivering five sustainability-focused training initiatives for a total of 252 training hours and 28 participants across the Cava de’ Tirreni and Lecco plants. In parallel, the Group launched a structured organisational development programme aimed at clarifying roles, responsibilities and processes, supported by external consultants. This journey will continue in 2026, extending to office functions. An employee engagement survey conducted in 2025 helped define targeted actions on internal communication, onboarding and relationship quality. From 2026 onwards, a harmonised listening model aligned with European standards will be implemented.

The Human Capital Award, presented to Tecnocap Group during the 2025 Mediterranean Exhibition of Training and Employment (BMFL), recognises the innovative approach of the project, the transparent and measurable nature of the Group’s commitment, and the concrete results achieved in terms of employee engagement. A people-centred model that transforms continuous learning into a strategic lever, capable of generating shared value and supporting sustainable, long-term growth. An award that recognises a structured, measurable and long-term commitment to people development as a strategic driver of sustainable growth. Promoted by Confindustria Campania in collaboration with BMFL and its institutional partners, the Human Capital Award celebrates organisations that excel in continuous learning, skills development and organisational wellbeing. In the official BMFL 2025 Report, Tecnocap is highlighted among the awarded companies for embedding training into its industrial strategy, making it inclusive, measurable and future-oriented.

Tecnocap publicly reports its people development performance in its Sustainability Report, prepared in accordance with GRI standards and assured by Deloitte, with clear indicators on:

  • training hours per employee
  • sustainability-related training hours per employee in all italian plants
  • management approach related to People and Organizational Development

A robust measurement framework that supports continuous improvement and long-term impact.  The BMFL 2025 Human Capital Award marks not an endpoint, but a milestone in Tecnocap’s ongoing journey. A journey built on a clear belief: investing in people is the most powerful investment an industrial group can make in its future.
