Tecnocap Group is honored to share the success from the recent International Metal Decorating and Packaging Association (IMDPA) Annual Conference held in Itasca, IL, USA.

The IMDPA is a non-profit membership corporation composed of lithographers, metal decorators, metal packaging producers, designers, and suppliers involved in the manufacturing and decorating process of metal products worldwide. Its goal is to promote and encourage improvements and advances in the art of metal decorating through the exchange of knowledge and professional networking.

Award of Excellence for the ‘Soul Edition’

We are delighted to announce that our innovative “Soul Edition” capsule has been awarded the prestigious Award of Excellence in the Closures & Ends category. This award celebrates the quality, innovation, and design we put into every closure.

The Excellence in Quality Contest, a feature of the IMDPA Annual Conference, recognizes the skillful achievements of the metal decorating and packaging industry: its mission is to honor outstanding companies who have made exceptional quality and precise consistency their goal in the pursuit of decorating and packaging excellence. Entries from around the globe are judged in nine categories, and the judges evaluate the quality of printing, the degree of difficulty, the appearance of coating finishes, registration, and the technical expertise required for each piece.

This award reinforces Tecnocap Group’s position as a global leader in providing metal closure solutions that not only ensure safety and functionality but also elevate product aesthetics.

The Power of “Digital Print Proof” Technology

Our participation also featured a valuable contribution from Abramo Silvestro, Group Printing & Coating Officer at Tecnocap Group, who was among the speakers.

During the Breakout Sessions dedicated to prepress, digital printing, color management, and equipment efficiencies, Abramo presented our vision and work on “Digital Print Proof Technology.”

Tecnocap Group’s shift toward Digital Print Proof has significantly improved accuracy, accelerated time-to-market, and enhanced workflow efficiency. This was a fantastic opportunity to share knowledge and exchange ideas with industry leaders.
