Tecnocap Ukraine held Family Day in June 6-7, inviting the families of the best employees to visit their workplace and join them for a tour of the new production facility in Lviv Region. Tecnocap Family Day was arranged in order to allow its employees’relatives to have a better overview of the working environment and to strengthen the relation between their home and their workplace.

As Mr. Youriy Maletskiy – Managing Director Tecnocap Ukraine – pointed out “Investing in a new production facility means not only improving work environment but also fostering employees’ quality of life. That’s the main reason why we wanted to share our new home with our families. Happy families and strong human relationships are vital for a successful team”.
