Tecnocap is among the first companies in the Italian engineering industry  which has developed a corporate training project at its production facility in Cava De ‘Tirreni, southern Italy and organized its own training sessions for all permanent employees. The goal is to create new skills and strengthen the knowledge that can allow the professional growth of workers and at the same time promote the development of the company.

The first two training events organized on 27 December and 3 January were introduced by representatives of the main trade unions.
